Jaclyn Borowski has been with Education Week since 2019. As the Director of Photography and Videography, she leads the newsroom’s video producers, and works with freelance photographers across the country. In the role, she shapes the visual direction and daily output of visuals for the newsroom, and the broader organization. Prior to joining Education Week, Jaclyn developed the visuals department at Inside Lacrosse in Baltimore. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, she continues to teach photojournalism and multimedia storytelling at her alma mater.
