Ruth A. Wooden, the president of Public Agenda, announced this month that she will retire at the end of 2010. Ms. Wooden has served as president of the nonprofit public-opinion-research and public-engagement organization since August 2003. Under her leadership, Public Agenda established its Education Insights unit, which works on K-12 and higher education reform.
