Carol Dweck presented and discussed her latest research around “growth mindsets” at Education Week’s Leaders to Learn From event in Washington, D.C. on March 11, 2016. Dweck is a Lewis and Virginia Eaton professor of psychology at Stanford University and author of “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success.” In this presentation, she discusses how her research is sometimes being misinterpreted or poorly implemented.
