Two Florida state senators filed suit April 24 seeking information on employees who grade the state’s high school graduation tests. The lawmakers filed the suit in Leon County Circuit Court against Education Commissioner John Winn and CTB/McGraw-Hill, the New York City-based company that administers the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test—each of whom has refused to provide the employee data.
