Adequate funding and classroom integration of technology are the top challenges school districts face in using educational technology, according to a survey by the Alexandria, Va.-based National School Boards Association.
In addition, almost two-thirds of the 2,000 technology specialists, teachers, administrators, and school board members surveyed said that the federal E-rate program is very or somewhat important in helping their schools meet technology goals.
