Dear readers,
This weekend marks the launch of the newly redesigned edweek.org. We know that change can be disconcerting, but we hope that the changes we’ve made will soon become familiar, and will enhance your experience at edweek.org.
One of our primary goals for this redesign was to help readers find more of our content more easily. To that end, we’ve moved more stories to the top of our homepage, along with a daily selection of featured blogs.
We’ve revamped our multimedia showcase so that it’s higher on the page, and easier to navigate.
You’ll also see an expanded opinion section, featuring pieces from our commentary authors, and our opinion bloggers.
You’ll find new stories every day from Digital Directions, Teacher, and the PD Sourcebook underneath our video player, which will highlight the most recent edweek.org videos.
We’ve also added a community section near the bottom of the homepage, highlighting featured discussions from our forums, our choice for reader’s comment of the day, the most commented-on stories, and the last three readers who have created a profile. (Create your profile now, and you just might see yourself there.)
