Leadership Institute Names President

The Institute for Educational Leadership has named Martin Blank as its new president. He succeeds Elizabeth L. Hale, who will continue as a senior fellow. Mr. Blank has served as the director of the Coalition for Community Schools at the nonprofit Washington-based institute for the past 10 years and will continue that focus as he leads the organization.
