A teachers’ union has launched a campaign against efforts to raise academic performance in Connecticut’s state-run technical high schools. In a Dec. 17 letter to the state schools chief, the State Vocational Federation of Teachers said it would inform parents of the “negative impact” that the changes are having (“Conn.
