The “2004 School Lunch Report Card,” is available online from the Healthy School Lunches campaign.
In its fourth annual school lunch “report card,” the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine evaluates the nutritional quality of elementary school lunches served in 11 school districts around the country.
The grades the report gives range from a B for the San Diego Unified School District, to a C for the New York City school system, to an F for the Albuquerque, N.M., schools.
