Jill Lemond is a proud leader on the Evolv Technology team. In the wake of a tragic school shooting in Michigan, Jill realized she wanted to impact change on a broader scale. Lemond joined Evolv because of their clear mission to keep weapons out of our schools. She now serves as Evolv Technology’s Head of Education. She has more than 15 years of experience in education, having served over twelve years at Oxford Schools. Previous positions include ESL and International Programs Coordinator, Director of International Operations, and Assistant Superintendent of Safety & School Operations. She is an active member of the Bureau Consortium and an advisory council member of ZeroNow.

Joe Wright

Joe Wright is Executive Vice President of Sales at IdentiSys, a leading provider of identification, security and tracking solutions to schools and organizations across North America. Since joining IdentiSys in 2006, Joe has worked closely with K–12 and higher education customers to address evolving safety and security challenges through technologies including identification, access control, visitor management and weapons detection.

With more than 30 years of experience in the identification and security technology industries, Joe brings a practical perspective on how schools can evaluate and implement solutions that strengthen security while supporting a welcoming and efficient environment.

Chuck Wilson

CEO Emeritus at NSCA, Board Chairman at PASS

Chuck Wilson is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in the communications, security, and life safety industry. Since 1996, he’s served as executive director of the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA), and as CEO, he’s been instrumental in driving industry advancements.

Wilson’s school safety technology expertise and role in his local school board inspired him to co-found the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS) in 2014 with security experts and school and public safety officials. This organization establishes better guidelines and metrics for school security to address the challenges and vulnerabilities schools face.
