Ronald A. Skinner is the new director of government affairs for the Association of School Business Officials International.
Mr. Skinner, 35, was previously the director of the Education Week Research Center, a department of Editorial Projects in Education, the Bethesda, Md.-based publisher of Education Week and Teacher Magazine. He served as the project director of Education Week’sannual Quality Counts and Technology Counts reports.
The Reston, Va.-based ASBO International is a network of 6,000 school business-management professionals.
