Patricia A. Harvey plans to join America’s Choice this week as a senior fellow for state initiatives.
Ms. Harvey, 58, has been the superintendent of the Saint Paul, Minn., public schools since 1999. She will leave the 42,000-student district Sept. 15.
America’s Choice is the school design branch of the National Center on Education and the Economy, a Washington-based research organization.
