Education Week recently published the third annual results of its State of Teaching project, in which we surveyed more than 5,800 classroom educators on the factors that influence their job satisfaction, and how districts can help them. Joined by a pair of school officials from Texas, we’ll dissect the state of teacher morale in Texas, and what strategies -- from PD to career pathways to compensation -- could lift educators’ satisfaction.

While providing deep perspective on one state, this event will offer insights and ideas for district leaders and educators across the country on how to respond to this widespread challenge to the K-12 workforce.
