Copies of a report aimed at improving literacy levels among middle and high school students is being sent to all secondary school principals nationwide.

The report, published by the Reston, Va.-based National Association of Secondary Principals and funded for distribution to all middle and high school principals by a grant from the Seattle-based Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, offers research on literacy practices that help boost the reading skills of adolescents.
