Chicago Public schools announced the 24 Chicago teachers who won the district’s DRIVE (Delivering Results through Innovative and Visionary Education) Awards.
Winners received $2,500 cash, $1,000 for their school, and a seat on the district’s Teacher Leadership Advisory Board, which enables communication between teachers and Chicago Public Schools’ CEO.
Winners were nominated by their peers.
