In Santa Fe, Teachers Find and Select Their Principal

When teachers at Larragoite Elementary School in Santa Fe, N.M., learned that their principal was retiring at the end of this school year, they approached Superintendent Edward A. Ortiz to see if they could have a say in selecting the next principal.
