You are the difference-maker. Every day, CTE educators help students discover who they are and where their skills can take them, opening doors to meaningful, hands-on careers. That work is powerful, but it is not easy. Time is tight, standards continue to evolve, and expectations keep rising.

In this interactive session, we will explore how CTE programs are supporting instructors and leaders as they navigate these challenges. Drawing on real-world examples from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) programs, we will share practical ways educators are streamlining instruction, personalizing learning, and helping students build confidence and mastery.

You will hear research-backed insights on what drives engagement, retention, and credential success, along with ideas you can apply right away. Whether you are in the classroom or leading a program, this session is designed to support the work you do every day and help you deepen your impact on students’ journeys.
