Louis Jourdain, 17, pleaded guilty on Nov. 29 to a criminal charge related to the school shootings on the Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota last March that left 10 people dead. Mr. Jourdain, the son of the chief of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa, pleaded guilty to threatening interstate communications, according to news reports, by using a computer.
