Bill Gates, the co-founder of the Microsoft Corp. and of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, will be the keynote speaker at the 2005 National Education Summit on High Schools this month. The Feb. 26-27 event, which precedes the National Governors Association’s annual conference, is sponsored by the NGA and Achieve, a Washington-based nonprofit group that advocates strong academic standards.
