David L. Livingston

David L. Livingston is scheduled to join the Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning organization in June as a principal consultant. He will specialize in leadership development and school improvement.

For the past seven years, Mr. Livingston has been the executive director of elementary education for the 46,000-student Cherry Creek school district in Greenwood Village, Colo.

The Aurora, Colo.-based McREL is an educational research organization that provides school improvement products and services for educators. It is one of the U.S. Department of Education’s 10 regional education laboratories.
