David G. O'Neil

David G. O’Neil is the new director of publishing for Education Development Center Inc.

For 12 years, Mr. O’Neil, 42, worked for Tom Snyder Productions, a Watertown, Mass., division of the New York City-based Scholastic Inc. Most recently, he served as the division’s vice president of product development.

The Newton, Mass.-based EDC is a nonprofit research and policy information organization with 335 projects in 50 countries. It covers a broad range of issues, including K-12 education, early-childhood development, and learning technologies, and literacy.
