Chris Chalker has joined the Indianapolis-based Simon Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides educational programs for at-risk youths, as its director of educational services. Mr. Chalker had served as the director of alternative education for the 11,800-student Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Ind., for the past 10 years.
