Carmyn Neely has been named the executive director of the Foundation for the Education of Young Women, an Addison, Texas-based philanthropy that supports single-sex public education for young women in urban schools in Texas. Ms. Neely was most recently the senior vice president for Higher Ed Holdings LLC, a Dallas-based company that provides programs and training for teachers and administrators.
