The District of Columbia Public Schools recently announced the appointment of three school officials. They are: Kenneth Milner, lead principal for one of the school system’s six school clusters, to vice superintendent; James Daugherty, retired U.S. Army colonel, to director, personnel branch; and Jansen Robinson, program manager for Protection Technology Inc., a security firm, to director, safety and security branch.
