Another Round in N.C.

The Republican candidate for North Carolina superintendent of public instruction has appealed a court decision that would allow the legislature to decide the still-contested race. GOP contender Bill Fletcher has been battling with Democratic candidate June Atkinson for the post since the Nov. 2 election. His motion was filed in the Wake County Superior Court last week.
