The annual Beloit College Mindset List is out, offering a snapshot of the lives of this year’s college freshmen. Here are a few of the highlights, compiled by professors at the Wisconsin college: School “blackboards” have always been getting smarter; Amazon has never been just a river; every state has always observed Martin Luther King Day; and LBJ is more likely to conjure up images of basketball star LeBron James than of the late president.
