How to Integrate STEM Processes Into Daily Classroom Routines (Video)

Preschool teacher Stephanie Schillero introduces basic science, technology, engineering, and math concepts into her students’ daily classroom routines. In the lesson shown on the video, Schillero reads the story of “The Three Little Pigs,” then tasks her students with creating structures that would survive a “huff and a puff” from the Big Bad Wolf. Students used common materials such as popsicle sticks, pipecleaners, and Play-Doh to build their structures.
