How Students Can Argue Scientific Claims With a Graphic Organizer (Video)

Students in William Leou’s 6th grade science class at the Brooklyn School for Collaborative Studies in New York use a graphic organizer to write down multiple claims of a scientific argument. The organizational tool gives students the opportunity to assess claims and develop a data-based argument to support the claims.
