Classroom Quality Measurement

The William T. Grant Foundation and Spencer Foundation awarded over $2.8 million in grants to improve the measurement of classroom practices that affect important student outcomes like achievement.

Four of the grant recipients will focus on classroom instruction in certain subject areas, one will examine peer networks in the classroom, and the sixth will look at classroom observation.
