It’s been up for about a week, but if you haven’t had a chance to check it out, the new issue of Technology Counts 2010 is all about how mobile technologies are taking hold in K-12 classrooms around the country. We here at Education Week Digital Directions worked hard to bring you up-to-date and comprehensive coverage of mobile technologies in education, and hopefully there’s something in there for everyone to appreciate. There are profiles of several different types of mobile devices, including laptops, smartphones, TeacherMates, and iPods, as well as articles about funding mobile initiatives, creating content for mobile devices, and how portable tech tools are being used for education internationally.
