Carl A. Cohn Selected as San Diego Superintendent

The San Diego school board has voted unanimously to hire Carl A. Cohn, a former superintendent of the award-winning Long Beach, Calif., schools, as superintendent. Mr. Cohn, 59, replaces Alan D. Bersin, who is now California’s secretary of education.
