Vincent L. Ferrandino plans to step down March 31 as the executive director of the National Association of Elementary School Principals, based in Alexandria, Va. Mr. Ferrandino, 56, will be taking a new job as director of the office of policy and planning at the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates. Gail Connelly, the chief operating officer of the NAESP, will take over as executive director.
