Vic Klatt has been named the staff director and Sally L. Stroup the deputy staff director of the U.S. House Education and the Workforce Committee. Mr. Klatt, 43, is currently the vice president of Van Scoyoc Associates, a Washington-based government affairs firm. Ms. Stroup, 49, is the assistant secretary for postsecondary education in the U.S. Department of Education.
