Marsha A. Daves recently became the director of the office of training, membership, and program development for SkillsUSA, a Leesburg, Va.-based national partnership of students, teachers, and industry leaders working to develop a more skilled workforce.
Ms. Daves, 51, previously held the title of associate director of training for the organization.
SkillsUSA used to be called Vocational Industrial Clubs of America.
