Helen A. Soulé is slated to become the executive director next month of Cable in the Classroom, a Washington-based initiative that provides free access to educational cable content to public and private schools nationwide.
Ms. Soulé is currently the chief of staff to the assistant secretary for postsecondary education at the U.S. Department of Education. She has been the director of technology for the Mississippi Department of Education, and is a past chairwoman of the Arlington, Va.-based State Education Technology Directors Association.
