Frank C. Owens and Kenneth W. French

Frank C. Owens and Kenneth W. French have accepted positions in senior management at the Arlington, Va.-based National Science Teachers Association. Mr. Owens, 57, a former senior executive for NASA’s office of education, is now the NSTA’s associate executive director for professional programs. Mr. French, 54, a former senior executive with three educational publishers, is now the association’s associate executive director for marketing and sales.
