High school seniors who participated in a recent survey to gauge knowledge of personal finance and economics answered only 52.4 percent of the questions correctly.
The biennial survey of 5,775 students was conducted by the Federal Reserve and sponsored by the Washington-based Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy.
