“Projections of Education Statistics to 2015" is available from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Enrollment in U.S. public and private elementary and secondary schools will have increased by 6 percent from 2003 to 2015, and the number of high school graduates will have as well, according to new projections by the National Center for Education Statistics.

The NCES report, the 34th in a series of publications started in 1964, provides statistical predictions for student enrollment, high school graduates, public and private school teachers, educational expenditures for elementary and secondary schools, and other measures. State-by-state statistics are included in the report.
