Cynthia T. Rogan has been named the senior vice president for marketing at Wireless Generation, a New York City-based company that develops mobile technologies for use in schools. Ms. Rogan, 44, was previously the vice president and general manager for assessment at the New York-based educational publisher Scholastic Inc.
