An article in the Oct. 24 issue of Education Week on the independent reviews of the federal Reading First program misidentified Beth Boulay, an associate at Abt Associates. Abt’s Beth Gamse is the project director for the impact study of the program. Tracy Rimdzius, from the Institute of Education Sciences, described that study and its timeline at a recent meeting of the Reading First Advisory Committee.
