Correction

A story in the April 7, 2004, issue of Education Week on Kentucky’s scholastic audits (“Kentucky School Audits Offer Academic Maps”) incorrectly said that the audits were threatened by possible state budget cuts. While state leaders are still debating a new budget, the audits are not threatened specifically.
