Legislative Action

Inner-City Schools

The House Economic and Educational Opportunities Committee’s oversight subcommittee held a hearing at a Chicago elementary school on May 19, focusing on successful, innovative inner-city public schools.

Direct Lending

The House Subcommittee on Postsecondary Education, Training, and Life-Long Learning held a hearing May 23 on the direct-lending program for college students.

Vocational Education
