Single-sex schools have many positive benefits, suggests a survey of girls who graduated from girls-only schools.

The survey, conducted by the Concord, Mass.-based National Coalition of Girls’ Schools, found that girls in single-sex educational environments are more confident, have higher career aspirations, and perform better academically than girls in coed schools.

“The Girls’ School Experience: A Survey of Young Alumnae of Single-Sex Schools” is posted by The National Coalition of Girls’ Schools.
