Andrew Campanella has been named the director of communications for the National Council on Teacher Quality, a policy-advocacy group based in Washington. Mr. Campanella, 26, was previously the senior director of teacher recruitment and communications for the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, which is also located in Washington.
