Bob C. McCord, assistant state superintendent of education for Mississippi, to superintendent of the Oxford Public School District, Oxford, Miss., effective July 1.

Richard L. Stolsmark, assistant superintendent for the Watertown Unified School District, Watertown, Wis., to superintendent.
