Ken L. Draut
Ken L. Draut has been named the associate commissioner of the office of assessment and accountability for the Kentucky Department of Education. Mr. Draut was previously the director of the planning unit for the 98,000-student Jefferson County, Ky., public schools, based in Louisville.
