Rita A. Oleksak
Rita A. Oleksak has become the president of the Alexandria, Va.-based American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. While serving a one-year term as president, Ms. Oleksak will continue as the director of foreign languages and English-language learners for the 7,000-student Glastonbury public schools near Hartford, Conn.
