Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has announced that she will convene a daylong event to highlight the health, educational, and other needs of children. Rep. George Miller, D-Calif, the chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee, will be one of three co-chairs of the May 22 event in Washington.
