Valerie M. Febres has been appointed the director of community relations/admissions at the Washington Latin School, a charter school opening next fall in Washington, D.C. She will also serve as the school’s press secretary. Ms. Febres was an outreach director at the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers in Lanham, Md.
