Technology and the Future of School Reform

By Catherine A. Cardno — October 22, 2012 1 min read

In case you missed it, last week Education Week blogger Justin Reich posted a book review of Jal Mehta, Robert B. Schwartz, and Frederick Hess’ new edited volume, The Futures of School Reform (Harvard Education Press), to the EdTech Researcher blog.

We’ve written about the book previously here at BookMarks, but Reich takes the conversation in a new direction by focusing explicitly on technology and digital learning, concluding that the book contains “true dialogue between divergent perspectives, drawing upon old ideas and new innovations to assemble a mosaic of different futures.”

A version of this news article first appeared in the BookMarks blog.
